Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that checkout information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be reviewed, declined, or cancelled when reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, incorrect pricing, unavailable inventory, technical errors, legal restrictions, or other legitimate operational reasons.

Product Information and Pricing

We aim to present products accurately. Minor appearance differences may occur because of screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing variation. Prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, and final order totals are shown before checkout is completed.

Payment, Processing and Shipping

Payment methods are shown at checkout and require successful authorization. Orders normally require 2–4 business days to process and may require up to 5 business days during peak periods. Standard U.S. shipping is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery subject to our Return Policy. Approved refunds are normally processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after an accepted return is received and inspected. Cancellation requests should be made before fulfillment begins. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment starts, and no cancellation fee is charged when an order is successfully cancelled before fulfillment.

Order Problems

For damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products, contact us with order information and supporting photos or videos where appropriate. After review, an appropriate replacement, refund, or return solution will be provided.

Promotions, Errors and Consumer Rights

Promotions may carry stated eligibility, timing, or product restrictions. Genuine pricing, inventory, description, or technical errors may be corrected. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
